It was an overnight stay to catch a flight from Amritsar airport. Every thing was just perfect. I have stayed here before a couple of times and it has always been exemplary in every aspect. My elderly mother was given accommodation here a week later when her flight was cancelled. She was on her own and ended up staying for two nights. She was really anxious and nervous as she had no idea when the Airline would schedule another flight and how she would get back to UK. But the staff were so friendly and supportive that they really looked after her. She checked out early not realising her rescheduled flight was later on in the day but once again the staff allowed her to go back to her room and relax until it was time to leave. I just want to thank all the staff that helped my mother throughout her ordeal and really took care of her.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Amritsar and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their attentive service and genuine hospitality. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, luxurious linens, and thoughtful amenities that added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. The pool and fitness center were both well-maintained, and the on-site dining options offered a delicious variety of cuisines. Decor and comfort. Steam room not clean and some building work was taking place. Great check in experience done by the manager. First class. Good view of pool. Some showers nearby would be useful.

I liked the location of the Hotel right next to the airport. And it seemed amazing from my window but i didn't get to experience it properly as I had to leave early morning.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to both Indian and European tastes. The rooms were perfectly heated, and the complimentary airport transfer was the cherry on top. Everything was perfect—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The rooms were amazing, the venue and very clean and amazing stay. Anything that we did not dislike was the pollution outside. I guess the winter months pollution increases quite a bit. The hotel was impeccable. We are also looking forward to come back for a wedding. So hopefully looking forward to staying with you guys again, the only thing is. Price point that you guys put yourself at could get lower because it’s quite expensive if somebody wants to stay for a night.

Great hotel to spend time with your family. Everything starting from checkout was very smooth. Ms. BHAWNA at the reception guided us very well and showed us around the property. All the amenities were good including the gym and the pool. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally tasty and well prepared. We left with great memories. Will surely visit again.
