I liked the location of the Hotel right next to the airport. And it seemed amazing from my window but i didn't get to experience it properly as I had to leave early morning.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to both Indian and European tastes. The rooms were perfectly heated, and the complimentary airport transfer was the cherry on top. Everything was perfect—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Stayed for the night during transit. Nice spacious room. Liked the airport view from the room. Had a relaxing night which is what we were there for!

The rooms were amazing, the venue and very clean and amazing stay. Anything that we did not dislike was the pollution outside. I guess the winter months pollution increases quite a bit. The hotel was impeccable. We are also looking forward to come back for a wedding. So hopefully looking forward to staying with you guys again, the only thing is. Price point that you guys put yourself at could get lower because it’s quite expensive if somebody wants to stay for a night.

Food: The variety in the menu, taste and staff's individual attention were great. Room: Great View for both the rooms and on the top floor as requested. Staff: As helpful as can be.

Firstly the staff- extremely polite, super supportive and friendly. Front desk staff named - Beant Singh was very helpful. Not only did he help us with the last minute changes which we missed while booking but he was made sure they were fulfilled within the given timelines.

Ordered breakfast to room. Toast missing . Jam pot had been used before. Not impressed . On checkout was asked about mini bar. Had 1 beer from mini bar. Was then told pingles also missing. Did not have any food from snack bar in room. Had dinner in restaurant. Staff seemed to struggle when asking to remove certain things. Ie no mayo in burger. Also food took so long and restaurant wasn't busy. Disjointed service. Asked for certain starters to be bought out with mains, but still was given first. 7 dinners and none of us got food at same time despite asking for this.
